What does it mean when a provider becomes delisted? I recently reviewed a provider, but the review was not approved because she was delisted. Wondering if ter was responsible or the provider?

Sometimes providers request to be delisted because of stalkers, or being outed, or just leaving the business. TER will delist them for TER rules violation. Delisted means her information (profile/reviews) are no longer on TER
Depending on the original reason for delisting, TER does allow many providers to re list. In that case the reviews return. There are very few cases (stalkers, legal issues) where TER allows a lady to start over new.
