Remember, this is just my opinion on the subject.
If an ad has no picture, even if it has a description (5'6", brunette, 36C-26-38, etc.), there is a possibility that more than one provider is sharing the same ad. (Of course, that would mean they would be sharing the same phone number also, but that is easy with services such as Google voice.) Lets say 2 girls are sharing the ad, Girl A and Girl B. Hobbyist C calls number in ad, talks to Girl A and schedules appointment. Hobbyist C and Girl A meat and have a good time, Hobbyist C posts review. Later, Hobbyist D reads review and ad, phones number to schedule an appointment, but on this day Girl B is using the number. So, session is with Girl B, not Girl A, which is who the review is for. And Hobbyist D has no way of knowing that the provider he is seeing (Girl B) is not the girl in the review! If there was a photo, he could recognize that she is not the girl in the photo and therefore realize that there is a scam going on. Basically, with no photo, you are more likely to be reviewing an ad instead of a specific provider! Ad sharing is much more likely to happen with agencies, or dare I say, pimps (yeck!). This makes it even more likely for a scam to be taking place. Unlikely to happen you say? Actually, this was quite common (as I experienced it personally) in the pre-internet days (1990's) when providers advertised through small classified ads in the "alternative" newspapers. Again, just my opinion on the subject. If a provider does not wish to have a photo in her ad, that is her prerogative. I just feel that it should exclude her from the possibility of having a review posted here. P.S.: It is also my opinion that a selection of "no" in the real photo category should automatically make the performance score a 1 - Rip Off.Every once in a while I click a link to an ad in a review but it leaves me to some blog site or agency site and NO PHOTO of the girl reviewed. So I submit a problem report but invariably it gets unapproved. I was under the impression a photos was a must for a review. Is this new policy? Can I start posting reviews with no photo links and generic websites? If so there are some ladies I can review that don't have pics up.
Anybody know the policy
...that is an ad on an ad site such as Eros, BP, a P411 profile, etc. or an agency site or their own web site. There must be a name. No photo required.
If you look at the profiles where it says "are pics real?" the options are "yes," "no," and "no pics."
As the other replies above me said, for a review to be published, an internet presense is required, and a name. The other requirement is a means of contact. Pictures have never been a TER requirement.
From the review submission guidelines:
If I was the Most Exalted High Commissioner Grand Inquisitor Head Honcho Big Cheese Grand Poobah of TER, I would make it a requirement.
I completely agree. If there is an option for you to choose whether or not the pics are real or new then there should be pics in the ad
Of course most of the ads do have pictures, and most guys won't see a provider without pictures. (I won't)
But I don't see why TER should require a picture in order to submit a review. If a provider elects not to put pictures on the internet, and some hobbyist decides to see her and write a review, why shouldn't he be able to? The rest of us are free to not see her because she has no pictures, but the review should be allowed.

Definitely then not required but I am under the impression that it would be a deal breaker for most guys not knowing who they are meeting. Unless all the reviews are 10/10?
I've never posted photos publicly but I do willingly email photos (face blurred) with possible new friends before we meet.
It has been pretty interesting though how many people do not ask for the photos (Even though my website says I'll send them) and have said that after reading my reviews they would prefer to be surprised!
I think it's definitely a deal breaker for some but very intriguing for others!
** I definitely don't believe that photos should be a requirement for being reviewed here.
