Don't want to get busted so have a couple questions.  Am I breaking any law by making an appt and having the provider show up at my room?  What are the providers legally allowed to do?  Nude dancing, modeling etc?  Would I have to discuss sex for money to get busted?

and even in the one state it is legal only under some conditions. So if you call a woman to your room for the purpose of having paid sex, you are breaking the law. Nude dancing and modeling per se are not illegal from your perspective as long as you limit things to just that.
You have found this site, the wisest thing to do is use it. Use review information on providers before making a choice and avoid ones that do not have at least one review from a hobbyist that has a review directory and who can be PMed.
The risk that you face in this business depends upon how much risk you are willing to expose yourself to, go with unknown ladies and you will normally elevate the risk to yourself.
