The LE test is a fallacy.

The "test" is that a provider asks the guy to touch her boobs or pussy, or that she makes him get naked first.  The belief is that by doing this, it eliminates that the guy is LE.  In practice, this doesn't work at all.

While cops might be bound by ethics to not get a handjob from a massage parlor or get fucked from a prostitute, in practice, if a police department uses that to get the info it needs, do you think when the pressure is applied that a girl won't crack?  The cops will threaten her reputation, to out her, to make sure that this always remains on her record, and that everyone in the town and media knows she sucks cock for money.

In practice, I have heard many stories about how girls got busted by cops who built their case by getting the full treatment as "clients."

I'm new to the hobby.  So what's the "LE test" some of the reviewers are talking about?  I am guessing touching and kissing is not allowed by LE, so if the provider and/or hobbiest indulge, then everything is ok and nothing to fear.  Correct or not???

LE can, & will, do whatever they want, to get an arrest. The "LE" check is a myth. Some still do it, as they do not know any better, & others still do it as it makes them feel better. The only way to verify a lady is not LE, is to see well-reviewed ladies. If you walk into a sting, there is nothing you can say or not do, to avoid an arrest.

If you walk into a sting and get suspicious and ask for a straight forward massage they can arrest you for that right?  I mean if you do nothing sexual or ask for anything sexual they can not arrest you can they?

closely followed by "if you ask a cop if he's a cop, he's not allowed to lie."

Cops lie all the time (just watch a few episodes of Law & Order!), and LE check means nothing.

Posts by elitists saying learn to search have been done before as well. If you don't like newb questions or providing help. wrong forum for you bub.

It's like the old saying, "Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach him to fish and he'll eat for life."
In this case, teaching them to search, rather than giving them the answer is sometimes the better solution.

A few interesting observations:
1) It is actually faster to search than it is to type a question and then wait for it to post (since newbies are moderated), and then wait for people to reply.
2) In this day and age, how is it that people can't figure out how to search? Most of them probably found this site by searching but then when they got here they forgot how to search. A lot of times it is just laziness.
3) When this newbie board first started in 2002, Admin and the moderators kept reminding people to search first, before asking a question. Somehow over the years it's become frowned upon to tell someone to search.

Now I am one who answers a lot of questions here. Many times the same ones over and over. But I don't have a problem with other oldtimers telling posters to search.

the reality is that you dont actually teach them to search when you say that though. it isnt as though they didnt know it was an option in the first place. all that is accomplished is the poster vents.

as has been said, it's totally worthless.  Most who do it are the younger providers.  Once you are in the room, you're fucked, and not in a nice way.  LE can, and will, lie to you and anyone else to make the arrest, and get the bad guys. lol, off the street.  In most, if not all, jurisdictions, they can do anything they deem necessary to make the arrest, touching, kissing, oral sex, intercourse, anything......

LE test is a myth if you are looking for protection.

REMEMBER! you have the right to remain silent. BY the time you are doing the LE test you are already busted!!!!!!! If you discuss any kind of act FOR money over the phone you have commited an illegal act and you can be arrested! NEVER discuss any act for money over the phone, when you go and see her. if she is willing to touch you, chances are she is not LE. Most LE stings focus on what you say on the phone/email, showing up clinches the deal. ANY discussion of sex for money or services rendered are circumspect! If you do get arrested, DO NOT try and explain you situation! REMEMBER, you have the right to remain silent, anything you say CAN and WILL be used aganist you! Even if they say you are not in trouble. THEY will use anything you say againt you!! Keep your mouth shut! GET a lawyer! LOL, they know your rights better than you do!

A recent bust in Polk County FL, they charged anyone who did the L E check with assaulting an officer in addition to the prosti charge because they walked in and grabbed or put their hands on the undercover officer.  (ladies and gents in this case were both given the additional charge)
