Usually when I see a provider my favorite positions are cowgirl and oral because I don't have to do much work. However, after getting those two positions halfway I feel bad for not satisfying the provider and I attempt to do missionary. Is it possible within the hour to only recieve cowgirl and oral from the provider if that is all you want?

You sound like a nice guy, but you need to put yourself in her shoes and imagine being required to do the same. I think you'll get the point.

You can have whatever you want but the willingness of a provider to provide only CG is probably going to be dependent upon her level of fitness.  CG, especially vigorous CG that involves multiple speeds, grinding, and positions (reverse etc) is physically demanding for long periods of time.

You shouldn't feel bad, but you should make sure that you find providers whose reviews indicate that they are all about getting down with the get down and working (reviews indicate that some providers are clearly into mutual play and some providers are into fulfilling the client's wishes, any means necessary.  Pick accordingly).

but if in the end she doesn't like playin with you because you are a lot of work and really no fun for her, she may deem time with you as not worth it to her. So if you want to see her again you may want to rethink your session.
also she does not have to give you a reference either by the way. Thats a curtisy we extend to clients we like, or a curtist to other providers. A refs from someone who didn't like playin with you could very much say, yes I have met him but I won't again he's difficult and a lot of work. Thats not helpful at all.
I love CG but an hr of it...even for me that's a bit much. I am not giving anyone an hr long BJ, we all do this for our own reasons, for me its more than the money, I wanna have a good time too. I see sex as an interactive sport. Just layin there isn't being very active now is it.
Like anything I am sure you can find someone to fit your needs but shop carefully.

If cowgirl and oral is all you want that's fine. Any good provider will do that for you. If you are really interested in what she likes the best thing to do is ask her...

As a younger man I was a selfish lover because I did not know any better.  While it s certainly possible to have a provider give you only oral & CG, my bet is that is far from satisfying her...  or any woman.  While missionary (particularily the CAT variation) might be satisfactory for some women, my own feeling is that intercourse alone is selfish.  I want to be the best lover I can be, no matter which partner I am with at any given time.
If you want to be a better lover, then I would suggest you read up on the various oral techniques for giving oral to a woman.  
If you want permission to continue being a selfish lover because you are paying, well permission granted.

You might consider saving the oral and CG for the finale. Try booking a slightly longer session, maybe 90 minutes. Spend the front half paying attention to what the lady likes, and don't be afraid to ask. A nice combination of tongue and fingers will usually do the trick. There are also plenty of "lazy" positions to experiment with that you may find will satisfy the lady as well as yourself.

I have this issue where I can't pop unless my legs are straight. This means that normally I can't pop unless in CG.

I would think if you are paying then you tell the girl what you want! There are alot of guys who dont try and please the girl at all... its all about them... and that is just fine. You see us providers so YOU can have fun! for some guys pleasing us is the fun part... and of course for ALL hobbyist its fun for you to be pleased. But damn if what you want is oral n cowgirl for an hour... tell the girl n i bet she will do her best to do so! just like everyone else said that is alot of physical work for the girl. I could do cowgirl for an hour but oral... eek! Your mouth gets tired!

...Sorry, got lost in the rock there. Basically, yes, if you'd like these two options/positions and those alone, you'll probably be able to find a lady who's amenable. But NOT for the entire hour. Even for those of us who consider ourselves reasonably physically fit, repetitive motion like that is rough on the muscles.
