How do I create a review for a provider who has no existing reviews? The form asks for TER ID but she has none, and it says that is a required field. Thanks!
...oddly enough in this case it means the field is Not required. Fill out the form as you always do. In the general details you may want to put a statement that this is a review for a new provider.
