I'm unable to submit a review without a TER ID for a new provider - any suggestions?

TER supplies the TER ID number - you fill in everything else

you don't need to put her TER ID if you have her website or ad

her TER ID gets created by TER when you submit the review. new providers who don't already have a TER profile won't have a TER ID yet.

The "*" in the ID field means it is NOT a required field

Just fill in everything else. Make sure you fill in her website link or ad link. She has to have either a website, or an internet ad on a TER approved site (ad mall type site that doesn't also have reviews.
