I have actively been hobbying for just about a year. I am listed on datecheck, Preferred 411.
I have seen 12 ladies this year. I have a hobby phone. I am vouched and also on a regional board.
Guys and gals do I consider myself still a newbie or have I graduated to experience status.
This is a tongue in cheek question, or maybe it isn't.  Charlie Harper is my hero......

When he doesn't have to ask if he is a newbie...

Only been hobbying 3.5 yrs.  There is still a lot of stuff I don't know.  I try to offer my knowledge here on this board.  Every so often, I learn something new from guys more experienced than me.

I have been asked my advice/opinion on numerous occasions, so maybe I am not considered a newb by other guys.  The hobby is a constant learning experience.

Just relax and not worry whether or not you are a newb or not.

When you answer other Newbies Questions more than you ask yourself...  but we are all still learning.  I learned a couple of new things today.

Well, sort of.(jk).
I look at a newbie as someone who has less then one year under his belt who is still asking fundamental questions.
I also look at his board posts. They can show a maturity level one way or the other. the reviews are also telling.
I have seen guys who are still acting like newbies even after several years of hobbying. I have also seen guys acting like seasoned hobbyists after a short time.

The real answer is that it varies from one hobbyist to another.

turns her on.  She did not know me then and asked how old I was.  I quickly called her to reassure her I was no kid. We clicked very well. I am always learning both about women and about myself.  I have surprised myself many times.  I consider myself a child in my curiosity.

Really, it's when you offer more than you ask, and people post to say that they agree with you.
