I know this is a basic question but if you have 2 hours scheuled and you happen to get it done quickly not like you really wanted to but what happens to the rest of the time ?

She's set asside your time...  what you do with it should be up to you.  If you see well reviewed providers...  they usually offer multiple shots on goal.  So after a rest period, you can go again...  If you are a one pop kind of guy, maybe an hour is more appropriate.    
You really do need to read the full reviews, because this information should be in the details, if not in the profile form.

Whether is talking to your date, having a drink, take a bubble bath together, giving each other massages etc.. Plus don't discount that you will be offered another "cup of coffee"..

"you happen to get it done quickly" sounds like a solo event. What has worked for me is to make my intentions known up front and work with the provider to use the time wisely. For example, "I am good for one cup and want to take up most of the time I requested getting there."

What I have learned from my experiences with my favorite provider is that extended foreplay makes the whole experience much better and more valuable. I have never seen her for less than two hours and lately have been thinking that is barely enough time. Learning that has been one of my most valuable lessons from the hobby so far. I wish I had learned that about thirty years ago.

I have given $ back. The last time was a few weeks ago. It was supposed to be a dinner date but the client had not foreseen that nearby restaurants would be closed until after our date was over. So we just had a chat, a drink, and some private time...we were done an hour early...I took the donation for my two-hour rate and returned the rest to him.  

However, I have a longtime client who books for 1 hour...sometimes he's done really early, sometimes not. Last time he wanted to go to bed after about 20 min, but I didn't give any $ back because I've stayed overtime other times, and because I accepted his last-minute request (throwing away my other plans) and drove pretty far (in rush hour) to get there. He lives in NYC and to drive to NYC, last-minute, in rush hour, is no small favor.  

A reputable escort should want her clients to repeat and treat them fairly. However, if she's cancelled plans for you, or hired a babysitter, or if she refused other appointments to reserve your time slot, then she might not be inclined to give you anything back.

 

 

We've both set aside that time, if you are anxious and can't stay then I don't feel it necessary to give anything back. My sessions are at a minimum an hour long. You can always extend but cutting it short offers you no deal. I'm almost positive some would like to work this angle, nope sorry,  no dice. Since you both put aside two hours you have to look at the provider you choose, did she try and rush or was it something that just happened. We all experience those encounters where the fireworks might go off early and honestly in that case I hope and try for an encore or two, especially with extended timeframes. Some will purposely schedule longer dates and do the bad practice of thinking they can get in and out with your funds for very little effort. I've had a handful schedule longer appointments without meeting me first. It is a gamble when you see an image, look at her bio/ad and maybe read some reviews that you have a chance of clicking and being entertained the entire time. It's awesome when it does happen but not everyone can pull off extended times. A consummate professional is hard to find.

Driving in NYC would be enough of a reason to say "nothankyou." But, driving...into the city...in rush hour...for a one-hour appt?!!  He better appreciate what he's got in you!

...the guy can't get TOO distracted and loose track of time!
