If you don't already have it get VIP and use the advanced search to find ladies that match your desires then read all their reviews for an idea of what to expect during a session. I am new myself so can't give any recommendations on particular ladies but that is where you should start. You didn't list a budget or any other specifics on preference.

Then you will have more specific questions and thats where this board will be a great help as well to ask further questions, after you have educated yourself first. There is a lot to learn, trust me!

When you are ready to see a lady, see a well reviewed lady with experience (since it will be your first time in the biz).

Where are you? Protocol in Las Vegas is a lot different than Dallas.  Or LA. Or NYC.

You should continue to read the Newbie board but then you should also reach out to your closest regional board.

After reading some of my reviews,I think you may agree. I'm just your average country "girl next door" type. I like to talk and keep you comfortable, but no doubt give you a great time also! I have seen a few newbies that were even shaking! But all ended well once we spent some time chatting and took our time. and the guys can be of more help. Without references, most women are going to require full name and employment, or at the very least a site like preferred 411, so I would be VERY careful of women willing to see you with no info at all. That screams careless.

link next to the life saver.  Read it, then read it again (it's free, just invest some time).  Then read back on this board, until you can answer every question yourself.  This will give you a giant leap in understanding how this works...  avoiding mistakes & excessive nerviousness which could otherwise spoil things.  I was certainly nervious on my first meeting & there's always some on making a new aquaintance.

Here's your first tips:
Get a private hobby email account from one of the free services.  Not linked to your real email.  Different PW cof course.  Never access if anyone's around.  Never access adult sites from a work computer or connection.  
Get a hobby phone.  Buy with cash.  Buy service days/minutes with cash anywhere.  Activate from a public computer.  I like trak as you can add service from the handset.  My flip phone cost $20 and $20 for each 3 months service.  I've never run out of minutes.  Some guys keep numbers with disguised names.  I prefer to clear my calls before I leave her so the most is my current activity on the phone.  I switch my phone in my belt carrier, when I'm enroute to a meeting, otherwise turned off & hidden well.  
You might be one of the few who don't feel you need a hobby phone...  but just one irrate nut case is enough to make you glad.  
There are lots of people without referances...  but Newbie friendly Gals will require more info to feel comfortable meeting you.
