In order to have a profile on TER, you must get a review published by a TER member who has seen you. To that end, ask your clients to join TER if they aren't members already (It's free.) and to write a review of you. You might have to get two or more reviews submitted before TER will publish them to safeguard again self-reviewing or fake reviewing.
You will also want to get a website up and/or an ad site. These sites will need to have a TER logos on them for you to link to them whenever you post on these boards, which is a good thing to do, by the way, for marketing.
You can also put an ad up on your local board once a week to let people know you are availiable.
Once you have a TER profile, every time you post, a link to that profile can appear by your name so clients can check out your reviews and your services.
Finally, there is a newbie manual which is linked near the top of this page. It explains a lot of TER's policies and rules and I very much suggest that you read it to learn more about how to use TER to your benefit.
