removal of the edit feature was intentional and gone for good?
The only way to delete a post is to pm the Mod. and ask. Then it is even doubtful for several reasons, one of which is I think if he deletes it then he has to delete everything else posted after you in that same thread.
Until about a month ago there was an edit feature where you could change your post for about 24 hrs. but that has been removed, reportedly for abuse.
The Edit function has been "down" for 6 days. I'm assuming STAFF is telling the truth about the malfunction. Normally posters have 24 hours to edit posts for typos, changes, additions, attachments etc.
Personally I'd like to see it back up NOW. It's a pain in the ass for Mods NOT having it. We get requests now for deletions, edits etc.
that post while "under the influence". We bear most of the hardship. lol
As one with many typos, I do miss the edit feature.
another Mod stated it was disabled purposely because people would write a harmless post and then go back and edit them in a derogatory way.
I'll be glad when the site's back to it's good ole self.

and whats all this whining - I cant go back and pretty up my post or cut out something stooopid I wrote. Fuck! I misspelled a word! Who gives a shit long as you can figure it out? Its just words folks - anybody cares that much about it dont have much of a life. Think I give a damn what I write here? this is just shits and grins. I dont give a damn whether I can edit my post or not.
