Is there a forum here  just for the providers?  
Not sure if it's just me but I feel so confused on this site lol

Yes, there is!  Look at eht blue tabs, the row that begins with TER General Boards on this page.  Over to the right you will see a tab "More".  Put your cursor on the word More and a drop down menu will show up including Providers Only.

Don't be discouraged by TER's complexity.  Start out using a few features and branch pout from there, learning as you go.  Read the Self Help section (under the life preserver icon) and read as much of the Newbie posts as you can stand to read.  Welcome and good luck!
