you appointment can answer the question. Not that she will always, but we don't know why you didn't get approved. It could be a million different reasons.

that she's too busy to bother screening you.   Every Gal is free to make her own rules.  Her business model may have limited openings on her dance card.  She may be booked with regulars that she knows will show up.

Only she knows what happened, and you or any of us could only guess at it. SKB had a guess that could be correct. It also could be that she never got timely replies from your references. Maybe you gave her a bad vibe. Who knows? Like I said we are only guessing, but why even try to guess? Just move on and find someone else. Don't take it personally. You have ladies you have seen repeatedly, and you say they would give you good references, so you should have no trouble setting up something with somewone else. If it happens repeatedly, then you might have to try to figure out if you are doing somethiing wrong, but if you got truned down by one gal? BFD! Find another one.
