Did I say something wrong?

A month prior to my arrival for a vacation I filled out a reservation form for a very reputable provider. She emailed me that she was available and would love to see me if I was still interested. It took a few days for her to get back to me as she was out of town, hence the "if I was still interested". I replied yes and restated the date, time and length of date. I recently emailed her 7 days prior to my arrival to confirm and also ask if it was ok with her to change the  date length. I have not heard back and its been about 48 hours. Was I wrong to mention time like 1, 1-1/2, 2 hours? I did not mention dollar amounts or roses or anything like that. What should my next move be as I do not want to bother or annoy her if she is just busy again, but I also want my plans set prior to leaving in case in need to find someone else. Thanks in advance for your advice

She may just be caught up for a few days with some events in her personal life that is preventing her from checking email, etc.

Wait a few more days and ocntact her again if you haven't heard.

If you still don't hear from her, then I'm afraid you'll have to start anew and never know what happened.

Are you mailing her at her website or on a forum like this one? Last advice I received from a provider was that she was active on many sites and sometimes doesn't check in often. Try her email on her webpage, wait a day and give her a call. Don't be nervous about bugging her if you call just once. Good luck.

I will give it a day or two more then call. In the meantime I set a date with another reputable provider for a different day and time that I am actually more excited about than the first. If the first one gets back to me I guess its just double the fun for me. Might as well dive in instead of ease in! I'm actually happy it worked out this way. And again, thanks for your advice.
