On the Chicago board some of my posts don't go up till a day later.  And Provider posts seem to get put up right away.  Is there a system or is it at the Mod's discretion?

Girl Next Door moderates the Chicago board along with most of the other boards. In fact, she moderates so many of the boards, it may take her a bit longer to get through the queues. That's probably why your posts don't appear on the board as quickly as you'd like. If some posts appear to go up quicker, those posters may be unmoderated.

If Providers follow TER's Provider Posting Guidelines, they eventually are unmoderated.
