A couple questions I can't find the answer to, so some help please.  

On the first part of the form, the providers profile comes up.  Do you fill it out the same as the original?  Some have more "don't know" than you get at the local Home depot, or fill it out as it happened?  I understand that the one that comes up in reviews is the original, but is there a way to see the others?  It seems that you have to read all the reviews and juicy details, as some menu items or physical descriptions may have changed from the date of the origional review, rendering the search function not 100%.

Am I missing something here?

Once the profile is set by the first reviewer, only the review text matters. Only trouble/problem reports can change the profile info.

If you want to get yourself a few extra VIP days credit you can submit a problem report or two for any information that you may have that is newer than what is in her profile.  Simply putting it on the profile when you fill it out will, unfortunately, not change it in her visible profile.

Once the profile is established, anything that subsequent reviewers enter into the profile that varies from the original is lost. There is no way, AFAIK, to retrieve other versions of a provider's profile.

This means that it doesn't really matter how you fill out the provider's profile when you do your review, so long as you fill it out. You can put in new information or just copy what was there before.

As BG said, if you want to update profile information, you can submit a problem report.
