It's been awhile sice I've moderated this board so pardon me if I'm slow getting back into the swing of things.

This board is the place to ask your basic questions about the hobby. We have a lot of helpful members who stop by and volunteer their time to answer your questions. I don't blame the more experienced members when they occasionally get frustrated because newbies have not made an effort to help themselves first. Before asking a question it is wise to use the FIND MESSAGE link at the bottom of the page to see if your question hasn't been answered before. You will find a lot of useful information in the archives of this board. I will often remove posts if I feel that you didn't take a minute to find the answer before asking a question. For instance, there is a wealth of information here already about common abbreviations used in the hobby. Someone just submitted a new thread regarding STDs. There is an existing thread just two down from the top of the page.

This is not the board to post ISO (In search of) threads. If you want to find out if anyone has seen Sexy Sally from Detroit, you need to post that question on the Michagan regional board.

Providers: Your ad posts are only accepted on TER regional boards. I will let you post here to say hello but if you're offering a 5 for 1 special on Long Island Tuesday, that post belongs on the NYC board. (BTW, If you have never posted on the NYC board, ABANDON ALL HOPE, YEE WHO ENTER THERE!

If you post on the wrong board, TER moderators will forward your post to the appropriate board.
