I recently posted a review for a visiting lady that was accepted. I happened to be browsing under new reviews for the city that she was visiting and noticed it was not listed there. I browsed new reviews under her home city and that review was listed there. However, under new reviews for her visiting city there were plenty of girls listed that clearly were not from that area. I'm not really worried about this merely curious at what I may be doing differently than other reviewers.
There is a line for "city" and one for "other city served." All her reviews will post under that one or two cities. So in your case her main city is Philadelphia, and there is nothing listed under "other city," so even if you saw her in Boston and reviewed her in Boston, the review will show up under Philadelphia. If Boston was listed under "other city" then the review would show up in new reviews for Boston and Philadelphia
