Check out the provider's reviews and make sure she has 10s and 9s  with at least 10 reviews. If you do that you will probably not be disappointed but again beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

You might want to post on your regional board too.

I only look at 8-10 in appearance to start with, and then look to see who else the reviewer has given high marks to.  If he gives them out like candy, I assume he's easier to please than I am.  Then, I look at her photos with a suspicious eye.  If her worst picture looks bad, I assume it's the real one.

Still, I've seen a couple ladies that aren't supermodels.  By and large, most have been damn pretty.
