We want to know specifically what to expect from you in the way of activities. There are subtle and not so subtle ways you can let guys know without having any reviews. From your FAQ, it sounds like you're willing to discuss that in a pre-meeting. If you're going to do that, you might as well spell it out on your website.

Get the link to your site working.  Then run ads on your local board every 7 days per rules.  Put a nice pict in your ad.  
Maybe you could tell people you are new to TER but you'll guarentee their happiness.  
Get invoolved here & the local board...  speaking for myself, I'm more comfortable with someone I have a sense of from their messages.
