There is also the screen agency route.  Do a search on here for screening and you'll find plenty to read about.

Hello, I am new to the hobby and love the excitement.  However, I Mean seeing that the more illustrious ladies require a reference.  I have only seen three ladies but is it bad form to ask them to provide a reference if that means I am going elsewhere?  With the new ones I am willing to give out employment information but seeing the forums that doesn't seem to be accepted.  How do you ask for a Reference and to the ladies, do you feel mad about giving one?

   As for asking a lady to be a reference, will become easier with time.  Mad?  Why would I be mad that you would like to visit with another lady?  It is the nature of this quirky business.  While I do have a few benefactors that see me exclusively, most gentlemen do not.  I am always happy to serve as a reference.

   I always tell my gentlemen callers, either in my thank you e-mail, or when we are wrapping up our date, "that while I find you delightful company, and would very much like to see you again, should you wish to visit with another lady, please know that you may list me as a reference".

P4P is not like the civie world, she knows she's not your one and only and she would likely go broke if you were the only guy she sees. You might also think about joining P411 or one of the other screening services. that was one of the best things I have done for my hobbying, Having that behind you opens many that other wise would remain closed.

to ask the provider or providers you have previously seen to be a reference for you.
Gents ask me to be a reference for them all of the time and I do not get mad at all.
There is no reason at all to get mad a gent does not have any obligations to a provider once he sees her he can only see her.This is why the hobby is great different flavors for you to try

Many ladies accept employment info if you have no references I do not know what forum you are speaking about where you read that it is not accepted.But,it varies depending on the provider I am sure the info you are looking for would be on her website and/or ad.
To ask for a reference send a provider an email or call her.Below is an example of a ref request:

"Hello Mary Sue"
"This is jim bob I have seen you(put in the last time you saw her)"
I would like to know if you are reference friendly and if so could I please use as a reference?"
 Provide some info so she can remember who you are along with your contact info.

Becoming a PF411 member you are verified through the site.  Also consider date-check membership as well.  If you are a TER VIP member.........posting reviews and getting whitelisted by providers is big.
