First contact

I'm still new to this but I did my research on TER and got verified through P411.  I will be travelling in less than 2 weeks so I don't have too much time to contact providers.  I've found some well reviewed providers that I'm interested in.  Is email usually the best way for first contact?  What if she is unable to reply in time?  Would it be ok to follow up with a phone call?

If they don't then send an email, wait a couple days and if you dont hear back, follow up. If they have their phone number on their site and its there for all to use and doesn't say something like old friends can call me direct, etc, etc, cuz that means current clients.... then call.

just dont cal them in the middle of the night .. heh

we hate that!

:)

If you contact a lady by e-mail (usually the prefered method but see her web site to be certain) you might need to wait 48-72 hours to hear back.  Ladies have real lives too.

If you don't hear back in a reasonable time, contact another lady.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure I didn't break any etiquette.
