Yours is a frequently asked question (FAQ).  

Basically:  
1. The pic you want to post has to be on a publicly accessible server such as imagecoast. Your iPhone or personal computer are not public.  

2. Find the URL of the pic, such as by a right-click and "copy image location". It should end with .jpg, .gif, .png or some other valid file format. If it ends with .html or .asp or some other extension, you do not have a valid picture URL.

3. Paste the "image location" into the "Picture URL" box at the bottom of the posting page.

I think your explanation is much clearer than the one in the Self-Help Center. It's  an adventure looking for it. TER needs to replace it with yours.

Sometimes, multiple (different) explanations help different readers in different ways. I try to add extra detail and explanations.
