My Feedback?

After doing several searches I can't see where this has been addressed before.  

Under the tab "My TER" there is a link called "My Feedback"?  What is that for?

Any time you contact admin, they will

respond to you.  You can read the responses in your account manager under the tab'My Feedback' which, as you saw is on the My TER tab.
