I never place anyone on ignore, but somehow one poster has been. Where is the ignore and unignore functions?

this message, four blue boxes one says "Ignore User".  You can add and remove that poster from here.  Or if you want to see who if anyone is in your ignore list click on the "Mail" tab above and then below it click on "Ignore List".
