Thanks for the answers.  Just wanted to check because if I had to shave anything other than my face I don't think I'd get anything else done.  I take care of all of the other things listed.

I see providers adds asking that clients be well groomed.  Not exactly sure what that means.  Is trimming enough or not?

... I don't recall any providers every saying they preferred lots of hair or even just some hair. The ones that speak up say the less hair the better, shaved even. Though like guys that like a lady to have some bush, there has to be some ladies that like a guy to be hairy.

Many guys will tell you how they accomplish being completely smooth skinned for the ladies and why.

I and many others do not shave down there. I keep it closely trimmed. I've never received a complaint and no provider has ever refused to give me a bbbj or ball licking.

The issue is be clean, squeaky clean, bath, wash well, and freshen up when you arrive. I do think you should be trimmed. Even the ladies that might like hair wouldn't complain if your trimmed.

The grooming comment on the site/ad probably also means clean and neat too. After all bathing is part of grooming. Clean clothes, properly dressed for the location and occasion too.

I'll let others tell you how to accomplish the shaving and why they do it.

You can do a search too. This topic comes up often.

I cant speak for every girl but when I say groomed, I mean a close trim or less. I wouldnt be surprised if half the girls meant completely shaven since bare skin feels smoother on our lips.

Yes, shaving or trimming down below is good. But shaving your face is important, too - stubble can be rough on lady bits.

Also, Shower. With Soap. Rinse. Repeat. Freshen up when you arrive.  A stinky winkie or smelling of week a old ass battle with the Klingons is probably worse than fuzzy balls.

Trim your nails. Badger claws are great for digging burrows but not so great for pleasuring furrows.

Brush your teeth. Use mouthwash. Try a mint.

Voila! YMVL - Your mileage varies less

nice clean clothes.

A shirt with a collar, slacks (not jeans), and shoes made of something that had parents.

Really, we need to trim our bushes?  I never thought that this would be an expectation.  I mean how, exactly, are we to explain the trimmed bushes to our wives (since they know they aren't giving any to us)?  I'm just kind of surprised that the whole manscaping thing has gone so far that now providers actually require this.

Nobody likes getting a hair ball stuck in their throat so shaving or trimming down below might get you more enthusiastic oral, but no don't have to be fully manscaped. Shave your face or have a soft beard, but not prickly stubble. Shower and scrub yourself so you don't smell or taste bad, have clean hands with trimmed nails and fresh breath and you'll never be sent away for poor grooming.
