I want to get her a gift...

This is my first post here.  I originally registered because I was interested in figuring out how to seek out my first escort encounter.  Ironically, before I posted anything I spontaneously, and quite surprisingly to even myself, asked a stripper that I really liked if she would be willing to meet me outside the club.

Well, she said yes and I am having the most incredible time with her.  We are finding a lot of fun things to do in addition to the obvious.  She's kind, generous with her time and I'll probably take her Vegas with me soon!

I'd like to get her a nice gift to show my appreciation, but I don't know if that is too 'personal' in this type of situation.  She has shared a lot about herself and 'friended' me on Facebook, so I don't think I'd be crossing any lines here to make her uncomfortable.  In addition, if the gift idea seems ok.... what to get her?

to know exactly what her tastes in clothing are (especially shoes!), then that impresses the bejeezus out of them.

But that is a pretty rare quality.  I've managed to buy some articles of clothing from time to time that hit the spot, but I've also goofed.

I am good at picking out jewelry, and jewelry has a lot to be said for it.  It last forever, it's small and easy to carry on you so as to surprise her.  Don't get a ring obviously, but a nice bracelet, or a pendant could be very appreciated.  I go to places that have one of a kind hand crafted things, and you can find nice things with semi-precious stones for around $200 and up.

Then there are treats like fine wines if you know she is into them; or a plant if she is into that.

Finally, there is the idea of a shopping spree.  Give her a hand made gift certificate for whatever amount you feel right with and take her on a spree in Vegas.

Wal Mart has nice candle sets for $10, 2 large ones and 3 small ones.  I always give those plus a $25 VS gift card.  That should be plenty.  It's your first time, so be conservative.  She is not looking for a boyfriend.  One of the best gifts you can give is a return visit.  Go slow.

Chocolate but since you know her a bit more now give her something personal. Think about your conversations and maybe even her likes on FB ... I am sure you can think of something you can get her. Just put some thought into it.

Some of the best gifts I got were a salt stone that a guy picked up when on vaca in Cali because he said I was the salt of his earth and I knew he was thinking of me when he was away, a pepper spray because he wanted me to be safe, a work phone so I didn't need to use google voice, a car because mine broke down and he wanted me to be in a dependable car, flowers from my fav shop bachmanns, my favorite wine, a stone giraffe my fav animal. You get the idea ... Thought went into each one of those.  If you get her a gc get one from a place you likes.

And she's not an "escort" per se but a dancer that he's been seeing outside of the club!

BTW those VS gift cards are a great gift! ;-)

Steph

You may want to get her some nice earrings. The key is to LOOK at what kind of jewelry she wears. Pick out something you think fit her tastes.

I've never met a woman who doesn't love diamonds-some more than others. Diamonds are my birthstone so of course I absolutely love them. But even a nice pair of gold hoops would be nice.

Bracelets are nice as well. You can get some really beautiful gold bracelets that won't break the bank.

If you take her to Vegas take her shopping!!!

She's a very lucky lady, BTW!

xoxo,

Steph

Being that you guys are building a relationship or getting to know each other and you don't want to scare her away. Another option is to study her personality and preferences via Facebook, perhaps you can spot a couple of trends there pertaining her likes and dislikes (is she sporty or a fashion gal etc?).
In order to keep it neutral, I would say go with a David Yurman piece or a set, it is very classy, elegant, delicate and of course beautiful and not too excessive. I am sure she will look great at dinner in Vegas wearing a beautiful piece of any of the collections.
P.S Don't forget to fill your Vegas suite with Flowers :) we love Flowers!
Enjoy

It's great that you found someone that you connect with. Many make the mistake of taking such situations for granted.
I had a longtime friend I introduced to a number of my friends, yet he consistently ask my friends for more time and never compensated them.
That you are wanting to give  speaks volumes about you, now you mentioned a trip...women love to shop, have nails & hair ,also "spa" at casino's are generally 1st rate.

Once I got something pretty but not my style at all and I'm sensitive to some metals so I could not wear it.

Another it was an issue because he often asked where it was as if I should wear it when I saw him .... Not always feasible so I felt bad.

Great suggestions everyone, thank you.  I think it's been confirmed that a gift at this point isn't weird or crossing some sort of line.. which I didn't think would be the case, but as I am very new at this I wanted to make sure.

Through her FB posts it's clear she LOVES platform pumps and I've reverse image searched some of the pumps she has posted to track down the designer and where they are sold.  So this was my first thought in regard to a gift, but it seems a bit risky given getting the right size, and hoping it is something she'd really like.  But wow, she looks incredible in those super high heels....

I think I'll go with jewelry as a number of people suggested... hoops, bracelet or necklace....  I found a great jewelry shop with a lot of unique and interesting pieces.  Next week I'm taking her out to Manny's (best steak in Minnesota by the way) and probably give her whatever I get her then.

Kinda hard not to get attached to someone like this, but I'm keeping my perspective straight :)

Thanks all.

Yes....picking out shoes she'll like can be tough, but since you know where she gets her shoes from, you could always give her a gift card to that store. As others suggested, a gift card to VS is always a hit as well. Jewelry can be tough, unless you know what her style is (although you rarely can go wrong with diamonds, lol).

You could REALLY screw up on the shoes, especially if they aren't the right size. try a gift card in that case

I pay attention when I go shoe shopping with someone and think I know what they'll like; but each time I think I see a pair they'll like they screw up their face and go:  Eww, get those away from me.

It's one thing that guys will never get, or at least I won't.

If you hit it off, +1 candles with mild scent.
Now you have gotten your feet wet with this one...  I would suggest a gift card like VS or Fredrics.
