I believe I would be the first to review this provider, but the review asks for an ID and as far as I know she does not have one yet.   Any help appreciated.

That is an optional field.

I know that every other internet form on the planet puts an asterisk next to the lines that are required - so TER does it the opposite way. * fields are optional, don't worry about it
