It's best to give a time and date you would like to meet and possibly an alternate time that works for you. If you don't get a responce move on to someone else.
If the asian ladies you are contacting are K-girls, that is a whole different world with a completely different set of rules. You can visit the K-girl board for advice on breaking in that little world.

 I am new to this hobby so I bought TER membership to learn and search. I found a few very attractive Asian ladies and tried to contact them. It's getting frustrated now.    
   
 - None of them has P411 info (bad links)  
 - A bad phone number (not in service)  
 - PM/email/voicemail no response after a whole day  
   
 I only asked for their availability this week, very brief, in a polite way. Don't know where I did it wrong.

With the K-Girl board, you may get some info by reading but

Not persistence as in blowing up the phone or email of any one provider, that kind of persistence will get you on multiple DNS lists

In the meantime, there are plenty of awesome non-kgirl Asian providers available in most every city.

K-girls are generally known to be younger, small, beautiful Korean women who give good service at very attractive rates.  They tend to use a booking agent who sets things up for them, does their screening and tries to keep them safe. It's more of a closed group that normally doesn't accept references or verification from outside the group making it hard to get in.
