Get a website, if you don't already have one. so you can start posting ads on your regional forum. Participate in threads on your regional forum to get your name out there also.

No, your website has to be outside of this site. Do a search for making websites on the general discussion board. Hopefully you will find some help there. There are numerous free templates out there that are available to use.
