Newbie, as everybody know on TER, have a hard time to get accepted review...but up there someone is not doing his homework. Now:

How you cannot see that there are so many problems in this review:

a) there are 2 ladies with the same name, Natalie Brookes, and how it is that possible that no one noticed how we are talking about two different human beings!!!
b) different profile, physical characteristics, and so forth;
c) different phone number...
d) one work with a booker, the other is independent...

No BG57, I did not file a problem report yet, because I want raise the issue about newbie being 'castigated' in regard their reviews, when someone up there is clearly not doing his homework carefully...

Look also at the pictures: one has a tattoo up the butt, the other is clean, at least when you compare the pictures...

I know that I sound too over-scrupulous, but it seems to me that if newbies need to learn something on this board, at least people up there should give the good example, to begin with...

They wanna make newbie life hard? Well, at least do you job of scrutinizing reviews...right? How you can critize newbie when you show lack of attention, even when mistake are too big to be missed?

This review is just too much off the line...and I wonder how many of them show up in the same fashion...

With all of the reviews that are approved this is not all that unusual. Simply submit a problem report and they will thank you for it.

One comment on 'one is indy and the other works with a booker'?  An indy many times employs the services of a booker/screeener to answer her phone, do her screening, book appts. etc. etc.  So both ladies would be indy.

There are reasons why TER chooses to handle newbie reviews in the way that they do. It is their sandbox and their rules. If you don't like them then you can go right on back to hobbying without the benefits of this site.

You have a chip on your shoulder and you are looking for something to gripe about.  The fact is profiles get crossed and mistakes get made every day in the review process.  This is a totally separate issue from the newbie review policy.  If you follow the procedure and file a problem report the issue will get checked into.  if all you want to do is piss and moan than you are wasting your time here.

In this case the opposite is the true:

the 2 Natalie Brookes do not use the same booker...I know that because the booker (i.e. Kayla) does not deal with one of the Natalie for personal reasons (they were not on the same page...)

So even though they might be considered both indy, the 2 Natalie Brookes do have different ways to handle their business...one is working with Kayla, the other appears to be handling all by herself...

Just to clarify one point in your post. Both ladies would be considered independent. Independent ladies work for themselves and some of them might pay someone else to handle the incoming requests through the emails and phone calls.

An agency lady works for someone else and gets a "cut" from the donation. But they also don't have to worry about advertising, screening, and all that.

I don't know anything about the rest of your post about the 2 different ladies with the same name, and frankly don't care. If you see a problem, just click the button at the top of the page that says "report a problem" and be done with it.

If he would just outline all his findings in a problem report it would be easily corrected. That is what problems reports are for and why they even throw in a couple of free VIP days for submitting them.
