I don't know what the rule is, but one of my provider friends had that issue and her requests for change were turned down.

I submitted a problem request to correct her profile and it was approved.  So I do know that hobbyists can get a profile changed- in fact, the hobbyist actually get a little membership credit for submitting an approved change request.

Whether it has to be a hobbyist who has reviewed the provider that he is submitting the problem request on, I don't know.

If you have one of your regular hobbyists who is willing- ask him to submit a problem request on your profile.  Hope that helps.

As you are likely aware, most of what is your profile was written by your first reviewer.

Updating your rate is not usually a problem, but updating the list of services is rare, even they don't match what is in the details of your newer reviews.

By all means try contacting TER again with specifics of what needs to be changed.

Sorry if I can't offer much else,
