I am considering an assistant.  Having trouble with response time because of my good girl life. Certain days I can reply within an hour to an email but others I am completely away from technology.  This can equate to a one day, two day or even three day wait at times. Its really not acceptable because many gents are on a time crunch with travel. I have given a lot of thought to hiring an assistant and think it would fix the issue. I wouldn't go forward unless I found someone I could trust but not sure how you gents feel about giving info to an assistant.  I love the personal nature of being indy but I am failing miserably with my reply time.  I will say most have been patient and I am grateful but its still not right.  I am not a newbie but figured here I would have more opinions than my local board.  Would you rather wait and have the actual provider email you directly or would you prefer an assistant with a timely response?  Thank you in advance for your help.  Xo

If you are busy, an assistant can be a very valuable asset.  Not all guys are cool with them, so you might want to ask on your regional board about it.  And you're right, finding the person you can trust might be a daunting task.  

Like I said, I have no prob with assistants, but really prefer to deal directly with the provider herself.  I do understand the need for them for some girls.  If you find that the business side of it is too overwhelming for you, then by all means, find a good assistant.  You might ask on the PO board (if you're on there), or on the ISO board, or your regional board if anyone knows of someone who would be a good assistant for you.

The two bad experiences have been when I was given the wrong room number the assistant transposed the last two digits of the room number.  Luckily, on one was in the first room that I knocked.  This provider made it up to me in spades and we have seen each other several times since.

The 2nd bad experience was when the assistant had trouble booking the hotel the morning of the date when the date was set days in advance.  I was given 3 different hotel names with locations over 5 miles apart.  The date was fine but the aggravation was not good.  No repeat for me.

Yes, a good assistant can be a big help to a provider who leads a very busy life outside of the hobby.

There's a gal that handles one of the highest rated girls in Denver and a gent that represents a handful of girls in the southwest that were just incredible and a joy to deal with.  

Then there are a few that I knew of that ripped off the girls, created drama, were rude and inattentive to detail.  

So it should be someone that you have more than JUST trust in. It should be someone that likes to deal with the public at large and has exemplary interpersonal and customer service skills.

No easy find to be sure, but thats my 2 cents.

I have seen a particular lady numerous times (she uses no assistant). We have talked extensively over time about adding to the fun, meaning a threesome.. They are both highly reviewed and respected in the community. The additional lady I have not met, however my other lady friend is good friends with her, and has "worked" with her on many occasions. I have wanted to meet her, never before have I reached out to her, as distance has played a part. So between the three of us, we have had dozens of emails. All details were worked out privately between the three of us. Date, time, location, requests, any and all details were solidified. Nothing was left out.

 I have no issues if a lady has an assistant. My gosh we all get busy and overwhelmed, we all need help. What miffed me was/is... The day after confirmation. Mind you the correspondence had gone on for two months, no assistant was involved, and the three of us had private phone calls. I had no clue the other lady even had an assistant.

 I received an email from her assistant. Asking me for clothing requests etc... I informed the assistant, everything is planned and I have provided everything to the lady.  Basically it did not sit well with me. I informed the assistant that all details had been worked out. She again asked me for my requests. She informed me that she had my requests from the lady, and was following up to confirm. I politely called her bluff and asked the assistant to provide me with her list that she had, from the provider; so we could confirm and be on the same page. This is where the assistant "started to dance."

 I have no issues if a lady utilizes an assistant. However if you are employing an assistant, make sure they are on the same page. A proper assistant can make things smooth as silk. An improper and uninformed one can hurt your business. The date went flawless. As I contacted both ladies again, to explain the situation. I was assured it was a miscommunication on her side. Apologies were extended and hoops were jumped through to overly please me. I chose not to review this experience as I could not leave out the assistant detail, if I did write a review.  

 Bottom line, its your business, police it properly. To get the ROI, you ladies are rightfully deserved.
