Hi everyone, newbie reviewer with a question. This rule is really confusing me:

"In order to keep our performance ratings consistent, we set up the following system: An escort provider is only eligible to earn up to a 7, unless she is willing to perform one or some of the following during a session: Kisses With Tongue, Bare-Back Blow Job, Really Bi, and Anal Sex, or More than One Guy. For each of these services that are offered, her potential max score is raised by one point, with 10 as an absolute maximum."

I filled out my first review. Yes it’s a little terse, but I am a new reviewer, and I am still getting the hang of it. I gave her a 9 / 9, not remembering this rule. They rejected it, saying her highest eligible score should be 8.  I felt she deserved a 9 / 9, but I thought, if that’s the rule, then I will go with 8 / 8. The review gets approved. Right after me, another reviewer comes along and writes a similar review and gives her a 9 / 9. Yes, the content of this review is better then mine, I am going to try to make my future reviews more like this one, but still shouldn’t her highest be an 8?

I am also looking through other providers, and I see all kinds of 10 / 10 and 9 / 9 when I don’t think they should be eligible for them. So I can’t figure out whats is up. This only concerns me because I don’t want to stick out. If everyone else can give a 9 / 9, and I think she deserves a 9 / 9 why can't I give her a 9 / 9?

Is it just that I am a new reviewer, so they check my reviews out more thoroughly?

and it is up to each to approve, or disapprove.  My guess is that you got a hard-ass that day.

You could do this:  Go an write another review (As long as it is within the 90 days window, it should be kosher.)

If accepted, it would replace the earlier 8/8 review.

By the way, I am curious as to why you downgraded the appearance from a 9 to an 8.  The appearance should not be linked to performance, and vice versa.

If you gave her a 9/9, and TER said her highest performance eligibility is 8, you should have changed it to a 9/8. If you felt her looks were a 9, why would you lower it? It makes no sense to change her 9/9 to an 8/8 because TER said her highest performance score is an 8.  The looks ratings are subjective and should have nothing to do with performance.

Now as for the performance ratings, I don't understand why people find that so confusing. While a lot of people do not agree with the TER rules, they are the rules and they are not difficult to understand. There are 5 "extras" that allow a provider to get more than a 7. Any 2 of the 5 will allow her to get a 9. Any 3 of the 5 will allow her to get a 10. She does not have to perform them for you to give her the score. She just has to offer them. (i.e. it should be stated on her profile).

In the case of the provider you reviewed, she must have offerred only one of the 5 extras, making her eligible only for an 8. What does her profile say? (if the profile is incorrect, file a problem report to get it changed) If she offers more, then you could have argued your case to TER. As to the other guy's review, is it possible she changed her offerings since seeing you and now is providing something she did not previously, making her now elegible for a 9? If not, then you can file a problem report on his review, and they will drop the score.

A lot of times things slip through the cracks. Depends who approved the review, how busy they are, and how thorough they are. They may have caught yours and missed the other

ya just never know what will happen.  It pretty much depends on who critiques it, how many they have to do that day, and of course, their mood at the time of the reading.  The previous answers pretty much covered it all.  As they pointed out, the number restrictions only pertain to the performance, not the appearance of the provider, so you could have submitted it as a 9/8 as they said.  That should have been acceptable.

A couple of tips on reviews, and I have not read yours, so this is just my thoughts.  Use paragraphs, don't make it one ginormous paragraph, very hard to read.  You can write it w/o using explicit language, as many providers don't like reviews because of the graphic nature of many of them.  Use the acronyms and people will get the picture.  Read a couple of my recent reviews and you'll see what I mean.

Hi, Thank you all.

I was suspecting that his was the reason, but it is good to get the confirmation. The email that they wrote seemed to imply that the restriction applied equally to both looks and performance. I wrongly jumped to this conclusion.

was actually not expecting them to try to enforce this rule manually. That is why I didn't pay much attention initially... Just write some script code, enforce it in a database, or validate it in the application code when the review is submitted.

That would seem to be so much better

I agree those are better, higher quality reviews to pattern after. Thanks!

appearance score based on his judgment of her looks. Keep in mind, a 10 should be given rarely, "once in a lifetime" is a one time thing although maybe one time every 6 months or a year works too--depending on how often you see new ladies.
