Sometimes first reviews are NOT approved. It could be anything from you did not put the correct website link, she has no ad out there to link to in the case of a missing personal site, or you did not provide enough details. Also, if this was her first review as well, this is very common to not approve it from a first time reviewer. Too many providers write their own reviews.

Thetickler your not in classic TER if you don't know what that means.

Go to My TER tab at the top of the page. Look to the left and click on the My Reviews link. When that comes up look to the far right and see the reason it was rejected. Swims advice is good. Check with TER admin if the reason they state doesn't make sense.
