can anyone tell me how I can access TER REVIEWS on a provider if I have her TER NUMBER

Click on Reviews from the menu bar above, then Search Reviews from the menu bar on the left.

The very first box on the form that comes up asks for her TER ID.

Put it in, then hit Enter.
