she has an ID #.  Go to reviews, click on 'search reviews', enter her handle in the box that says 'provider's name' and her home city.  This will pull up her profile and her ID# is at the top.

...It isn't required for you to fill that box on the review form. If she does have reviews her TER ID# is on the upper left of her profile. Use the search as swimtrekr said. I know he said her handle but you should enter her provider name ( from her ad or web site). Handle usually refers to the name she uses on the TER boards and for many ladies on TER their provider name isn't the same as their TER board handle.  

Edited to add: I notice you don't have any reviews. If this is the first review for the provider be prepared for TER to hold your review of her until you write another review for another lady or someone else writes this lady a review. Reviews by newbies for newbie providers are sometimes fake. It's a boyfriend shilling for his girl or a pimp doing the same thing. Sometimes it's a provider writing her own review. TER wants to be sure both you and the provider are legit.
