If you have already found your review you need to contact TER and have it linked to your name. Your profile is set by your first reviewer but if he got it wrong you can file a problem report and have it corrected. Having your profile linked will give you limited provider VIP so you can read your own juicy details and also use the PM system. If you haven't found your review yet you can search for it by going to reviews then search reviews and enter info about yourself like name, phone number or email into the search engine. Good luck!

use the 'contact us' button.  Since you have a review, you can ask to have your profile linked to your handle.  You can also ask for limited VIP which will allow you to read the Juicy details of your reviews, but not those of other providers, for that you will have to pay for VIP.  

Your profile was set up by your first reviewer.  Subsequent reviews will not change your profile.  If you want to change your profile, you must file a problem report to admin explaining what you need to be corrected on  your profile.
