Hey, do any of the prepaid gift cards work to purchase membership?  I read a post from a few years back that the Vanilla visa gift cards do work.  Anyone able to confirm if they are still working?  Thank you!

... but the general situation is that most prepaid cards purchased / activated in the US say in the fine print that they can't be used for International (non-US) Transactions. It used to be that you could register a prepaid card on their website with your personal info and such a payment might go through but I don't know if that's still an option.

The restrictions are due to US regulations designed to prevent money laundering, the funding of terrorist organizations, paying TERorist membership fees, and other reasons.
