You won't have a TER ID until you are reviewed. He can link your website and phone number. Once his review is approved (if) you will have a profile base on everything he entered.
If you don't have a web site, but advertise on an escort mall like bp, eros, or cityvibe he can use your ad on that site as well. He will need to cut/paste the ad url into the review section.
