Trying to submit a review and it's asking me for the Ter ID# ?

...she should have a provider ID#. It's on the top left of her profile. Find the profile by going to "Reviews" tab at the top of the page. Click there and then click search reviews. Enter her provider name, her phone #, and any contact info you have on her then click search at the bottom of the page. Her profile should come up.  

If she has no reviews then put  new  in the filed where the TER ID# goes. (Might try leaving it blank.) That is a recently added field. If it's not indicated with an asterisk as required you're probably ok leaving it blank.

field added to the data base, I have not had to put in the provider ID. Her handle, city, etc. links your review to her others in the data base, assuming she has other reviews. If not, then you will be creating her profile as the first reviewer.

...the instructions at the top of the form say an asterisk indicates the info is not required. So you can leave that field blank if she does not presently have reviews or you just don't know her ID#.

...a while back. It is not a required field but it is a welcome addition as far as I am concerned.
