The best we can tell is that a provider got her first review, but then for whatever reason the review got pulled down leaving a profile minus any reviews.

It's an anomaly for sure.

I did a search for new reviews in my area and there is a provider showing up but there are no reviews?  How is that possible?

A new profile pops up with one review, then the review gets pulled, but they leave the profile up for a while. Sometimes it is pulled so the review can be edited, then it goes back to the profile. Sometimes a new review gets posted to the profile, and sometimes the blank profile just gets deleted after a few days or week

Their response was something like the provider had a review taken down or rejected, and they left the profile up assuming she would get future reviews.  It's rare, but it does happen.  I wouldn't worry about it.
