In any case, if you still have the email you set up the old account with, I'm sure they can email you the password so you can get back into it.

I am sure, that unless you have access to your associated email account, you will not be able to access an old account. Why would TER want to "transfer" your old reviews to your "new" account just because you request?

I believe they use the older account.  TER will certainly you are the owner of the account.  I'm not TER admin so can't comment on how they do it.  Having access to the same phone number, email or IP address would seem logical.
