you do not have a TER number.

If the reason you need it is that someone wants to review you and thinks they need this then you should tell them that the TER is not needed for them to write a review.

They just need to fill in all the required information on the review page as well as the two review parts (One is open to all, the other only to VIP members.) and when the review is published, you will find your TER number at the top of it.

you do not yet have a TER ID number, or, for that matter, a TER profile.  When you get your first review, you will be assigned an ID# and given a profile page.  You can then ask admin to link your profile to your handle and give you limited provider VIP which will allow you to read the juicy details of your own reviews, but not those of others, for that, you will have to pay.
