...the fields with an asterisk are not required which is contrary to most forms where the asterisk indicates required fields. See the quote below from the top of the review form.
"You are required to fill in all fields of this form, unless noted with an asterisk (*)."
However she must have one of the methods for contact listed in the quote below. This is from #3 from the guidelines for submitting a review that you are required to agree to follow before you can submit a review. It's what comes up when you click on Submit a Review at the top of the Reviews page (Reviews Tab at top of page).
"The lady being reviewed must have an advertisement on the web that includes her name and any one type of the following contact information: phone number, pager, email address or reservation form."
Your second question:
Once you submit your review it will say edit in the button to the left of your review list on the My Reviews page. Access this by clicking the My Reviews link on the My TER page (My TER tab at top of page).
My Reviews link is at the top of the Quick Links list on the left of the My TER page and also in the upper left corner of the My TER page.
You can edit until that button says View which will be when the review is approved and posted.
I assume TER review admin will see you note and wait until your through but I've not heard of anyone doing it this way.
I write my reviews in a Word document and save it to proof read before submitting. I then copy/paste the text from the Word document into the appropriate section of the review. I don't fill out the form until I'm ready to submit the review.
