Hi, I'm a new provider and I'm trying to get my site TER approved but I am having extreme technical difficulty getting my site approved. When I cut and paste the TER code it is not showing on my page. This has been an issue for a number of days now. Am I supposed to begin copying at the very first bracket where it says logo starts here? Sorry if this question is stupid or in the wrong place. Thanks in advance for any advice!
