Maybe a dopey question...Im 5'7 and never been with a taller girl.  Im looking at meeting a provider almost6'. She is thin and I am in good shape. Any suggestions on best positions other than mish and cg?

With the heights that you described, you can tag it from behind while both of you are standing.

Speaking as a 5'7" guy myself, the biggest problems will come from anything that requires her to stand -- her legs being longer than yours will pose some logistical problems.  You can resolve some of the height issues if she can get her legs spread, but it's sometimes hard to arrange for adequate thrusting there.

My recommendation is to think about what works best for you -- do you need to be able to slam away?  Is it important for you to have eye contact?  Do you want deeper penetration?  Are you going to be trying Greek?  How are your quads and your upper-body strength?  All of these will work better in some positions than others, and you'll need to adjust accordingly.

For myself, I'm a big fan of CG, mish with legs over my shoulders, and doggie with the lady bent over the bed or a chair.  My past experience with taller ladies (especially one lady in 4-inch stilettos, yowza!) has been very satisfactory for all parties concerned.  It just takes a little experimentation, that's all.

Let the dimensional differences play out as best they fit. I'd for sure have her keep her heels on and tie her legs around my neck in a constructor knot.

Doggie is kind of hard if she is taller unless she does lazy dog. I'm a short guy, so probably 1/2 the providers are taller then me.

Duly noted, this is a win win situation as all is good even if experimentation blows up in someones face

...I'm 6 ft. tall.  My wife and one of my 2 ATF's are 5'10", so doggy is easy with them.  Standing doggie works better if they're in heels (i.e., taller than me; granted not by much) and I spread their legs to get the height I desire.  With my 2nd ATF, who's only 5', doggie works best with her on all 4s on the edge of the bed and me standing behind her.  The key is: don't be afraid to experiment, experimenting is fun.  And finding what works is A LOT of fun.
