I keep seeing references to "local boards".  How do I find if my city has a local board, and how do I contact them?

Click on the drop-down menu of Regional Boards and see if your city or state is there and then click on it.  It will automatically take you to that regional board.  If your city or state isn't there, go to "other cities".

Click on top that says discussion boards. Then look to your left (as the other guys say) and see the heading that says REGIONAL BOARDS and then you will see the "choose one:". Click on that and hopefully you will see your region/location to get you to the local board.

If per chance your city is not listed or none of the listed cities are nearby, use "Other".
