trying to find reviews can be a pain as lots of girls use the same name, is there a way i can search by agency?

Go to Reviews tab, then hover your mouse over Search. Search by agency option is third one from the top...

looking into it, looks like not many London agencies are on here.

This website is mainly geared towards US customer base. So you will not find much info here about agencies or indies in Europe or U.K.
